These terms govern your use of the Etornie website and platform. By using Etornie you agree to them.
Use of the service
You may use Etornie only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Accounts
Keep your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.
Intellectual property
Etornie and its content remain our property. Your data remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service.
Subscriptions & fees
Paid plans are billed per seat. Official fees are billed at cost. Fees exclude applicable taxes.
Data processing addendum
Where Etornie processes personal data for a customer, the customer remains responsible for its own processing instructions and Etornie acts under the agreed data processing terms.
Service availability
We aim to keep the platform available and monitored, but planned maintenance, third-party outages and emergency security work may affect access.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Etornie, attempt to bypass access controls, upload unlawful content, disrupt the service, or use the platform to process data you are not authorised to handle.
Liability
Etornie is provided on a best-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
Termination
You may stop using Etornie at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
